Sprinkler Repair
Sprinklers break.
They stop turning for all kinds of reasons. They weep, leak or just don’t rotate the way they should. Frustrating? Yes. Is there a solution? Yes. Send them to SportsTurf Irrigation for repair.
SportsTurf Irrigation has been repairing and rebuilding Rain Bird® and Toro® turf and golf course sprinklers for over 43 years. Our team of sprinkler builders are the best in the business, having years of knowledge and expertise rebuilding and repairing all types of sprinklers and valves.
Many people don’t realize that a gear driven rotor can be repaired. Instead, they would throw it out and buy a new one. However, the cost for repair is a fraction of what a new sprinkler costs. We repaired over 5,500 Eagle™ rotors in 2023, with less than a 1% warranty return rate. The reliability of our cost-saving repair service is why we have established so many lifelong customers!
For Rain Bird® sprinklers, we can repair the internal assembly, selector, tubes and bottom valves. For Toro®, the pilot valve, part circle conversion assembly and bottom valve can all be repaired. Rain Bird® and Toro® cases can not be repaired if the case itself is broken or cracked, but we can still save you money with our stock of rebuilt Rain Bird® and Toro® cases, as well as our own all-new SportsTurf Irrigation aftermarket cases.
We make it easy to do business with us! If you have sprinklers that need repair, call the office (800) 492-8378, and request a UPS shipping label. We will fax or email you a UPS label to affix to your box of broken sprinklers and parts. Please put a business card or your name and course name inside the box with the repair. Take the box to wherever UPS picks up at your site (pro-shop, maintenance yard, etc.) and the box will be delivered to our SportsTurf Irrigation headquarters in Southern California.
Your sprinklers will be disassembled, evaluated, and rebuilt to the manufacturer’s specifications.
If brass impacts are sent in, they will be sand/bead blasted, evaluated, and rebuilt to the manufacturer’s specification. If you are sending in Eagle™ rotors, they are completely disassembled and any broken gears and parts are replaced. Any Toro® part circle conversion assemblies and parts that are sent in are completely taken apart, rebuilt, and reassembled per the manufacturer’s specifications.
Each sprinkler is tested in a “test tank” and must spray and rotate at 3 different pressure settings per the manufacturer’s specifications before being returned to the customer.
All repairs are date stamped and come with a 1-year warranty.
