What is a “rebuilt sprinkler”?

A sprinkler that has been completely taken apart and rebuilt to the manufacturer’s specifications. It is tested at 3 different pressure settings and date stamped with a 1-year warranty.

Can I send my controller parts in for repair?

We are no longer offering controller repair. Instead, we have partnered with BoardTronics to deliver better parts, better pricing and more value without the downtime needed for repair.

How do I send my sprinklers to SportsTurf Irrigation for repair?

Contact the office at (800) 492-8378 and ask for a UPS® label to be faxed or emailed.

Who pays for shipping for repair?

We always pay the shipping to get your sprinklers, controllers, and parts into our office for repair (US 48 states excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Can I purchase spare controller parts?

Yes! You can purchase pedestals, transformers, surge pipes, faceplates, OSMs and cables.

Do I need special tools to use the SportsTurf Irrigation aftermarket products?

No, they work just like the original manufacturer products and use the exact same tools.

How does SportsTurf Irrigation acquire sprinkler products?

We obtain heads through a golf course system upgrade, as well as have customers who sell us their old or spare inventory. The sprinklers are brought into our shop to be sorted, disassembled, rebuilt and tested.

What if I have old sprinklers and parts lying around?

You can get them repaired or let us purchase them. Cash or credit, your choice.

Can Rain Bird® Cases be repaired?

Not if the case itself is broken or cracked, but the internal assembly, selector, tubes and bottom valves can be repaired.

Can Toro® Cases be repaired?

Not if the case itself is broken or cracked, but the pilot valve, conversion assembly, and the bottom valve can be repaired.

Can part circle Toro® conversion assemblies be repaired?

Yes, as long as the stem is straight on the motor. There are parts within the conversion that can be replaced in order to get the conversion working again.

What if I have a warranty issue?

Contact SportsTurf Irrigation to share your concern. Arrangements will be made to get your product returned and you will be issued a replacement.

What is the turnaround time on repair?

Plan on UPS delivery from your location plus 2-3 days in our shop and UPS delivery back. During peak season and overseed time, we get very busy, so please plan accordingly. You can always call our office to get a turnaround estimate.
